After revoking the Maldives citizenship of all non-muslims a few weeks ago and the public flogging of 150 women, some of them pregnant, for alleged crimes against morale, I’d say this paradise is soon over. Especially as bushy-faced desert dwellers have moved to demand an even stricter form of sharia. The only way to force the government to come to its senses is through the wallet. Boycott the Maldives for 1 to 3 years. This preserves also the wonderful nature. Darned muslims, to hell with them!
