Hi. I don’t know where you live, but my choice would be any one of the National Parks (Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Glacier, Acadia, etc.)
We headed up north in our state to a bed and breakfast located on a vineyard – it was very romantic and the perfect getaway. Every state has bed and breakfasts – look them up online and see what you can find.
what do you mean cheap? My husband and I honeymooned in Mexico. It was about $3,000 but it was all-inclusive. It also included air fair round trip and a taxi to and from the resort once we were in Mexico. We stayed for 7 days. I think that was very reasonable for what it was, we loved it!

we got married on the beach in Charleston Sc and stayed a week there as well. We got married 3/29/08 so the weather was just right.

you can book a sandals vacation pretty cheap as well.
the florida keys or somewhere on the gulf side of florida my husband and i went to Lovers Key Resort in florida in aug of this year for our honeymoon. we loved it.. we watched the dolphins by the pool area and at their restaurant called flippers on the bay.. best food you will ever eat. we want to go back there… we even rented a boat and took it back to the resort the dolphins were following us.. we even drove to the everglades and saw some alligators on the side of the road we went down a back road..
Somewhere close to home, or somewhere popular in the “off season”, or somewhere that you can get a promotional special or package deal.
I suggest taking a cruise to the Caribbean.
